At Beyond the Body you can expect fully trained and licensed therapists. You do not need any previous experience with body work what-so-ever. We would be honored to guide you through a wonderful and fulfilling experience at your own pace and comfort level. You may even stay fully clothed during most of our treatments. We have selected a cozy home-like environment so that you may feel very at home yet away from it all.

Our center is best known for our extensive training in treating chronic pain, over-use injuries, and dysfunction following motor-vehicle accidents. We also offer other treatments geared toward total relaxation and body care. Beyond the Body is one year old and we are amazed at the rapid growth we are experiencing already. This includes the arrival of some of Omaha's leading full-time therapists.

Jennifer Moseley, LMT, since 1994, opened Beyond the Body after seven years of working within the industry. Focus areas are Rehabilitation Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Repetitive-Use Injury Therapy. She has been working with injury litigation cases for four years and would like to continue addressing chronic pain, emotional tension, and overall, lessening the effects of injuries, stress, and trauma.

Lynn Sanchez, B.S, LMT since 1995. Lynn has specialized in rehabilitation massage training including Medical Massage, Yogic Stretching and Repetitive-Use Injury Therapy. She is also proficient in Hot Stone Massage and Foot Reflexology. She is a trained Bikram Yoga Instructor.

Diana Bayne, LMT, Physician Assistant, and Psychotherapist. Diana has focused her practice on Myofascial Release, Beginning Hatha Yoga and Counseling. For counseling she sees individuals, couples, and families. She works with litigation cases, chronic pain, injury and trauma.

Randy Marshall, LMT, has been practicing massage therapy for over 14 years. He is well versed in many types of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Myopractic, and Integrative Energy Work.

We are also joined by part time and upcoming therapists:

Cathy Smith, LMT of ten years, who has been a volunteer and director of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) Sports Massage Team. She is currently working on a BSN at Methodist College of Nursing. Cathy also offers exfoliation treatments, manicures and pedicures.

Jan Pemberton, B.A., LMT, Structural Integration, Rolf Method. Jan graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 1986 and the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado in 1989. She is currently the only Rolfer practicing in Nebraska.

Lisa Sinclair, LMT, is in her first year of practice. She offers Healing Touch, Reiki, Infant/Child massage, and Pregnancy Massage. Lisa's mission is to provide a holistic, safe, and nurturing environment so that through the transmission of conscious touch, her clients may experience the communication of love and compassion.

Rebecca Cooke, LMT of three years, offers Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, and other forms of Energy Work. She has recently begun her training in Myofascial Release. Rebecca also enjoys working with the elderly and terminally ill utilizing Comfort Touch.

Carissa Moser, LMT, graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in August 2001. She offers Swedish Massage as well as Rehabilitative Massage. She also currently works as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
